"Take a classic and grill it!" is what I will yell at the kids across the street minding their own business when I'm an old man sitting on my porch. This is also what I did with m'bianca sage pizza.
I took my pre-made Mozza dough, brushed with olive oil, evenly placed mozzarella and fontina cheese around the center and then threw it onto the grill.
Separately, I fried sage leaves and then placed them on the pizza during the last 2 minutes of grilling. The pizza came out beautifully.
